The Board of Directors of Flowocean AB (Publ) has decided to proceed with a listing on the Spotlight Stock Market in Spring 2024. Flowocean has engaged Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB as the financial advisor for the listing process.
It’s very exciting that the board has now made the decision to list the company. The process is in full swing, with the entire team working alongside our financial advisor towards the listing. The company is on the brink of an incredibly exciting journey as we take the final steps towards commercialization and certification of our technical solution. We see a strong need for our solution in the market where a cost-effective substructure has been a great challenge for scaling up. The listing is a natural step as the company matures and grows. I look forward to welcoming more shareholders to join us on our journey, which promises both great business opportunities and contributes to a more sustainable and stable energy system.

Styrelsen i Flowocean AB (Publ) har beslutat att genomföra en notering på Spotlight Stock Market under våren 2024. Flowocean har anlitat Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB som finansiell rådgivare under noteringsprocessen.
Det är jättekul att styrelsen nu tagit noteringsbeslut. Processen är i full gång där hela teamet arbetar tillsammans med vår finansiella rådgivare mot notering. Bolaget står inför en väldigt spännande resa när vi nu ska ta det sista steget inför kommersialisering och certifiera vår tekniska lösning. Vi ser ett starkt behov av vår lösning på marknaden där just ett kostnadseffektivt fundament har varit en akilleshäl för uppskalning. Noteringen är ett naturligt steg när vi som bolag mognar och växer. Jag ser fram emot att kunna bjuda in flera aktieägare att vara med på vår resa som både bjuder på goda affärsmöjligheter och bidrar till ett mer hållbart och stabilt energisystem.
